Ribatexas is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from improper use of the product, including, but not limited to, irritation, allergic reactions, health issues, or any other damages.

Usage Guidelines:

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid direct contact with eyes, skin, or mucous membranes. In case of severe discomfort, seek medical attention immediately.

This product is intended solely for human consumption and should not be used for any other purpose. By purchasing and consuming our product, the customer confirms they are fully aware of this information and agree to the terms stated above.

The General Conditions as stated here apply to all products offered for sale on the Ribatexas shop and for all deliveries. Every order implies the general conditions of sale are accepted. The customer has the right to inform the seller to renounce the purchase, without having to pay a fine and without having to state the reasons, within 7 calendar days following the delivery of the goods or the making of the deal. Only Glória do Ribatejo, Portugal Law applies to the General Conditions of Ribatexas Hot Spicy.

Working days: are all calendar days except Sundays and holidays.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

The agreement between Ribatexas Hot Spicy and the buyer is realized as soon as the buyer has accepted the conditions made by Ribatexas Hot Spicy and agreed with them. The lack of a traditional signature does not affect the obligatory character of the offer and its acceptation. Ribatexas Hot Spicy has the right to refuse an order or to subject it to extra conditions, for instance for huge orders, orders placed by minors, when the order procedures have not been completely executed or when previous orders have caused problems. Ribatexas Hot Spicy will always confirm the order by e-mail. As long as a confirmation e-mail has not been received by the customer, the order is not valid. Payment of products bought at Ribatexas can exclusively be made by available methods of payment. The seller remains the owner of the goods till payment has been completed. To guarantee safe online payment and the safety of your personal data, transactions are sent over the Internet locked and secured by SSL technology. To execute payment through SSL, no extra software is needed. When payment is not made in due time, Ribatexas Hot Spicy has got the authority to cancel the agreement immediately or to delay (further) delivery of the goods till full payment has been made. The General conditions and the confirmation mails are always stated in the language of the website.

DELIVERY AND TIME OF DELIVERY

The delivery times stated by Ribatexas are approximately correct but are not ultimate deadlines. The ultimate delivery time is 30 days after receiving the order, except when payment is made by transfer: in this case the ultimate delivery time is 30 days after receiving the payment. As soon as the goods have been delivered at the delivery address, the risk concerning these products is the purchaser's responsibility. For deliveries abroad the general conditions can be different. Ribatexas Hot Spicy delivers worldwide. Deliveries are made exclusively through a courier service, unless, previous to the agreement, another way of delivery was agreed upon.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If for some reason you want to return or exchange a Ribatexas Hot Spicy item, please email our customer support and tell us what happened: ribatexashs@gmail.com. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Bottles should be sealed and without damage. Items eligible for a return or exchange must be returned within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number in the return package for us to locate your order in our system. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to our facility, unless your item is faulty or an eventual mistake has been made on our part. In that case, contact us via e-mail and we will cover the return expenses. Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility.

FAQ — When will my order ship?

We strive to ship orders within 1 to 24 hours during business days. Since most of our items are packaged just for you, we occasionally need up to 36 hours to get your order packed and shipped.

Do you have a physical store?

No. At our facility, we have a manufacturing farm, dark kitchens, a shipping warehouse, and offices, but no retail store.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping rates are determined by weight and zip code. Sometimes, actual shipping for your package may have cost more than what you've paid, and other times, actual shipping may have cost less than what you've paid. Usually, we will not make adjustments in either instance.
